Co-Founder & Operator
Chuck Wavrunek is a Minnesota-based operator, sales leader, and growth-focused partner with a track record of building markets, developing teams, and driving disciplined revenue expansion. Alongside Keith Dickhudt, Chuck helped scale an inherited territory from $700,000 to $9.4 million by combining consistent outreach, strong customer relationships, and a practical, execution-first approach to growth.
Chuck's leadership style is rooted in accountability, trust, and momentum. He has spent his career helping organizations move from potential to performance by creating clear expectations, improving sales execution, and building relationships that last beyond the initial transaction. His experience across high-growth sales environments has shaped a hands-on operating mindset centered on process, people, and measurable outcomes.
At First Arriving, Chuck and Keith helped turn an inbound-focused organization into a proactive outbound sales engine, contributing to annual recurring revenue growth of more than 65%. Their partnership has been defined by complementary strengths: Chuck brings energy, relationship-building, and market development, while Keith brings sales process, coaching, and organizational discipline. Together, they have repeatedly helped teams expand customer acquisition, improve execution, and build stronger commercial systems.
Chuck is drawn to trades businesses because they are essential to local communities and built on years of trust, craftsmanship, and reputation. His goal is to honor what an owner has built while supporting employees, strengthening customer relationships, and introducing thoughtful improvements that help the business grow sustainably.
Chuck has been married to his wife, Breana, for 20 years. Together, they are raising three children—Kaden, Jett, and Harper—and reside in Lakeville, Minnesota.
Co-Founder & Operator
Keith Dickhudt is a Minnesota-based operator and sales leader actively acquiring small trades businesses through Cornerstone Capital. He's drawn to businesses like yours because they represent something real: trusted names built on years of hard work, customer relationships, and community impact.
Respect for Your Legacy
Keith's approach is not to strip the business for short-term gains. He's committed to supporting your employees, maintaining customer trust, and respecting what you've built. His goal is to be a hands-on owner who understands why your business matters to your community.
Operational Expertise & Growth
At Snap! Raise, Keith and partner Chuck grew a $700K operation into a $4.4M business in three years through better systems, disciplined prospecting, and customer focus. He's done this by respecting what was working and thoughtfully improving what wasn't. That same methodology translates to your business.
Team & Culture Leadership
As a Division I coach for seven years, Keith learned how to develop people, communicate standards clearly, and build cultures where people want to stay. Your team matters to him, and he invests in people who invest in their work.
After six years in fast-paced SaaS sales, Keith is looking to build something more permanent—a business that supports his family and contributes meaningfully to its community. He's not interested in quick flips or absentee ownership. He wants to own a business he can run, improve, and pass along to his family as a legacy.
Discipline. Partnership. Results.
