Chuck Wavrunek

Chuck Wavrunek

Co-Founder & Operator

Chuck is a Minnesota-based operator, sales leader, and former Division I coach with a proven track record of building teams, growing revenue, and leading with accountability. Originally from North St. Paul, he spent seven seasons as an assistant coach for NDSU Women's Basketball, where he focused on recruiting, player development, and building a culture centered on discipline, trust, and consistent performance.

Chuck transitioned into high-growth SaaS sales, where he established himself as a consistent top performer. At Snap! Raise, he partnered with Keith to grow the Minnesota market from $700K to $4.4M in three years. Most recently at First Arriving, he has driven significant ARR growth while consistently surpassing sales targets.

Chuck's success is rooted in his ability to mentor talent, build resilient organizational cultures, and lead under pressure—skills honed through a decade-plus background in education and coaching as a head football coach and college assistant coach. He brings rare discipline in both competitive execution and team development.

Keith is an established Director of Sales Development and Senior Account Executive gifted at leadership, coaching, training, and sales strategy. With over 7 years of experience driving rapid revenue growth and market penetration, he combines a strong work ethic with a disciplined, process-driven approach to building high-performance teams and organizations.

At Snap! Raise, he partnered with Chuck to transform the Minnesota market, acquiring 427 new accounts and raising over $2.2M for schools across the region. At First Arriving, he has maintained a 101% quota attainment over the last three years while managing a full-cycle AE team, creating training programs, and closing 450+ new logos in SaaS.
